OTHER IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
1. A 2-year minimum lease is required.
2. No Pets are allowed.
3. No Previous Evictions.
4. No Section 8 Tenants.
5. Applicants must be employed at the same job for at least one year.
6. Income must be at least 3x the monthly rent.
7. RENT AND DEPOSIT will be the same amount and must be paid upfront before renting a property, with no exceptions.
